All preorders are final, all 4" pops are shipped in our custom branded soft protectors. Also, please note that this item is not in stock and there may be a chance that we will receive this item after big chain stores such as Wal-mart, Gamestop, etc. This is due to us being a small business this delay sometimes can be from a few weeks to a month under certain circumstances. All sales are final.
